I see too many posts starting with "Oh shit, I forgot to add the poll. Now please somebody delete my post."

Usually most people learn how to add polls after their first attempt, but...

how about putting an "how to" manual on the site for adding polls. It should be clearly visible, separate from the FAQ or anything else, so that no newbie could miss it.

And please, could somebody delete those failed attempts at adding a poll.

Go to the forum where you want to start the thread with the poll. Then click New Thread. If you go down to the bottom of the page, right above Submit, you'll see a little checkbox to include a poll.
