How do you stay so involved?

I really need to figure this out. I go off into my own little world. When there's something I can't handle or figure out, I find myself poking around on here, sometimes actually posting (usually a fairly self-centered post). Soon I'll feel momentarily better, and I'm off to do my own thing again.

But when I'm on here, I see all these INTPs building a community, making friends, helping each other through things... Honestly, I can't figure out how you do it. Where do you find the energy to interact with all the people, and to weed through all the fragmented details from one post to the next?

Honestly, I'd like to be more involved here, but the social energy thing... wow.

It's not really an issue of genuine-ness. I've spent a lot of time talking to a handful of people from here in chatrooms, and it's certainly been worth the effort. But it's a smaller group, and the conversation flows more easily for me somehow.
