INTP is NiTe SiFe
INTJ is TiNe FiSe
ENTP is NeTi SeFi
ENTJ is TeNi FeSi
One is an extrovert when one's most dominant function is extroverted, and one is an introvert when one's most dominant function is introverted.
The Socionics has at least the above stuff correct. Below I explain it further.
The J-functions are the T and F
The P-functions are the S and N
When one's T or an F is dominantly introverted, they are both introverted, and when they are dominantly extroverted, they are both extroverted. If one's sensing is dominantly extroverted, the T and F are both dominantly introverted, and when one's sensing is dominantly introverted, the T and F are both dominantly extroverted. Understand these; why; it's all logical. It also helps one to better understand what the dominant introverted F/T and extroverted F/T are.
The INTJ and ENTP are similar, as are the INTP and ENTJ. As far as the "Se" goes, and its partners: Ne, Ti and Fi.
Whatever function pair one is the most dominantly, the rest will follow; when one knows the most dominant pair, one knows the rest also, that are by-products of the most dominant function pair.
The "Se" means extroverted sensing, and when it's at the first four functions (the first two function pairs), it means the extroverted sensing is dominating the introverted sensing. Understand what sensing is; it means basically seeing, hearing when extroverted, and sensing the body stuff when introverted. How it (Se vs. Si) shows in their bodies can be seen, there is a difference. And how it (e.g. the Se vs. Si) shows in their eyes, there is a difference.
When the S is extroverted (or introverted), the near N is also extroverted (or introverted); observe and understand why. It can't be in any other way as both are about the most conscious P-functions, and at that the S is the same as the N; the N is that (the S) in the world of the (N-)mind (memory), in imagination (memory, visual), while the S is that in the sensoric world, here and now (so to say).
The "Ne" is about the mind's (visual) imagination, that's of the same type as the "Se" is, meaning it's mainly visual when it's in imagination. The "Ni" is not dominantly visual at all, but is mainly connected to the memory, where the Ni the most dominantly lives.
The "Ti" lives the most dominantly in introverted thinking, and so is a J, while the "Ni" lives the most dominantly in introverted intuition, and so is a P. The "Ni" is not a thinker in the same sense at all, though he is an NT, that's an intuitive thinker. The Ni is not interested about thinking and analyses, while to the Ti, it's the very core of their existence.
One can learn to see what kinds of people the J's and P's are, and it can be spotted from pictures also. Everything can be seen; nothing is hidden.
The core theory here is clear; one can see in all other theories a lot on nonsense, that makes no full sense and is not correct. The main basis of this theory is already known by Socionics that also has a good collection of pictures for one to see what kinds of people different outer (the inner personality type is another chapter) personality types are.
It's amazing and a shame that so many NT's are still missing, and they should know (who else?) as far as the correct theory goes, especially when it comes to the IJ and IP; it would be time for people to understand what e.g. an INTP is, and give it a completely new profile, telling what kinds of people INTP's are, who is not yet known by the MBTI theory (nor by Socionics in practice) that doesn't understand the theory well enough, and never will as it's MBTI. Even Socionics does not have a complete enough understanding of their own theory, and it includes a lot of incorrect information.
