Anyone else notice the conspicuous absence of any leader from China, Russia, India, Brazil etc. from the photo op with Prez Bush at the G7. Russia and China, two countries with large Federal treasury reserves and reason to be pissed have not said anything nice to the old US since this crisis began. Perhaps a dose of the econonmic medicine for the US. Anyone who's read "Confessions of an economic hit man" or the book by William Engdal about the American Century and the global war for oil please feel especially qualified to chime in.
