I was wondering, since there doesn't seem to be a lot of us in the world, by that I mean female INTPs, if we could have perhaps a small section here inside this forum, where we could discuss things, etc.

I have always wanted to know what other female INTPs are interested in, I recall the thread about other girls talking about shopping, so, why now make an actual female INTP section? Perhaps between us we can spark some good conversations and/or support when we talk about the opposite sex (or the same one).

What does everyone else think?

No, I still don't think it will be much, I can't think of anything I would talk about with females but not with males... we are not discriminating against you. ;)

Well, I don't think the idea is to "exclude" the males so much as it would be female-related topics. Which.... could be interesting.... worth a try anyway.

I have no objection, so it's OK then.

However since I would respect the privacy of this hareem, I'd think it as well if FC fiddled with the controls so that this particular forum didn't flash on the index to indicate new postings. I can forsee it being annoying.

I never expected that...by all means I don't even wear makeup...LOL.
And shoes? You mean sneakers? Cause that's all I wear...hehe.

And fc (I am still wondering whether or not I "Christened" you with that nick in the chatroom...hmmm...), I dunno, maybe because at that time we were talking about the "female issues" everyone wanted to talk about.

In truth I just want to find out more about female INTPs and their experiences as female INTPs, perhaps cultural differences (since some of them come from other countries, ethnicities, etc.), how it was like in school for them and with the other "normal" girls and/or boys.

I bet we can all share at least one "Friendship" story that ended badly or just didn't happen, or perhaps support each other if needed when dealing with those other girls/boys.
Could be interesting.

I don't object to the forum, not at all. But, I was just reading through some of the threads and I realized that I relate just as well to the guys on this forum as I do the females. I can not think of a topic off hand that has come up where I have seen a split of opinions due to gender.

But, I dont object, it can be interesting.

Nah, I don't think it was because you're a male. At least I just wasn't personally fond of the idea. I'm still not, but because several people seem to like the idea, I'll create the Women category.
