Hi all, I will be running the next trivia contest. I'm looking at Friday evening 21 August or Saturday evening 22 August (Eastern US Daylight Time) so our East Asian and Australian members can play on the weekend too. Checking the BBC website, EDT appears to be GMT-5. Which would you prefer? Other suggestions are welcome.

I'd think Saturday would be better, but that's just an opinion.

Mea culpa; I am not ready so I will push the contest back a week. I added a poll. If it's Friday 8/28 then I'm inclined to start at 2000 or 2100 EDT; if it's Saturday I could start earlier, say 1900. (You can use bb's handy link http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ to convert to your local time.)
