After a lot of lurking and a little posting here on INTPc, I've decided that this whole forum is like one long Monty Python skit. In that light I decided to find THE skit that best resembles our little community, and here it is.

If you think you've found something that is the perfect analogue of this forum, I'd love to see it. There are no rules. Examples might be videos, pictures, articles, slam poetry, you name it. I think it would be fun to see how everyone else views our little corner of the internet.
Edit: flippant one liners, and other pithy comments are not only welcomed but encouraged!

Hah, most of the Pythons seems to fit INTPc very nicely. Or any other type of surreal humor. Or anything surreal.
Vic & Bob sketches come to mind.

Whenever a non INTP comes onto INTPc for advice:

An ex-INTPc member, now migrated (banished?) to TypoC described this place as a nest of snakes.

nest of snakes? that's hardly civilized. it's more of a boudoir.

hah I took an extended break and came back. it's nothing near the pseudo-anarchy it used to be. :boohoo:

I prefer the more biblical "brood of vipers" myself.
Or "den of vipers". Either one works.

TSDesigner, is that you? What brings you back among the "bastards?"

I like the sound of that. Better than a rhumba of rattlesnakes.

I have no idea who that is. got bored and intjf just wasn't working out for me.

He was the ex-INTPc member who analogized this place to a "nest of snakes."

If you're bored then intjf is not the best refuge.

yeah learned that firsthand. lost my password for intpc and couldn't get a response for awhile. so I figured what the hell?
one liner opportunities like fish in a barrel though.

Rhuarch, your avatar is hilarious. Great parody of an old H.P. Lovecraft paperback cover...and when I read its title "the Shadow Out of Tim", it made me think of Tim the Enchanter from Monty Python & the Holy Grail. "There are some who call me... Tim"
(BTW, clever pun on "the Shadow Out of Time")

Thanks, I wish I could take credit for it. It's the cover of the newest album by "The Darkest of the Hillside Thickets (http://www.thickets.net/)", a rock band dedicated to promoting the literature of H.P. Lovecraft. I like the band and thought the picture was really clever so I stole it.

Not saying you're wrong, I just don't get it. Care to elaborate?

I believe that might have once belonged to the artist formerly known as Hair.
Oh, and "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead" seems like it'd be a pretty accurate depiction.

Ha! I love that movie! It definitely fits. It's been way too long; I'm going to have to watch that again.
*Wanders off to figure out which way the wind is blowing.*
