Interesting article in the guardian a couple of days ago,

I hope the link works.

...

I don't know exactly how this applies to MBTI, any thoughts?

I tolerate noone above me. I am my own boss.
So that would be a yes.

My husband had one of these once. He "forgot" to invite my husband to an awards ceremony for a doco he made (director) that won a top prize, prefered to take all the glory for himself (as producer)

My guess is they are ultra 'T' have no concern for others feelings. probably 'J' (control freaks) and are charming so often superficially 'E'

Case studies by psychologists have claimed that "successful psychopaths" really exist. These are portrayed as emotionally detached, with superficial charm and an unbounded preparedness to use others, differing only from personality-disordered criminal psychopaths in being law-abiding and less impulsive.

Luckily not anyone I know. Outside of the "superficial charm" though, maybe I do have a future.

Nah. "Charm" is probably the kicker.

Interesting article....pointed out things I'd already suspected. I'm suspicious of people who clamor for leadership roles and I can't say I've met many managers that I've liked or respected. Those who would make the best leaders would die before taking on the role. So we're stuck with the egomaniacal sociopaths.
