There was something like this on the old forum, it made me laugh how so many of us dressed the same.
Gray shirt (t, polo, or button down; gray, blue, or black), jeans, Doc Martens, studded black leather belt. Black Dickies Mechanic's jacket if it's cold enough. It's pretty much leftovers from the socialist-worker mentality, but it's mine so I like it.
I'm pretty defensive about my sense of "style" (or lack thereof). I hate being a walking advertisement so I don't wear anything with large labels or words. Unless it's my "I am Hip-Hop" shirt. :) Which is black...

Black T-shirt, blue or black jeans. I'll occasionally wear tie-dye if I don't care about the possibility of attracting attention. Nothing with a visible logo; if a company wants me to advertise for them, they can pay me rather than the other way around. Reinforced-toe boots, since I'm clumsy.

I don't care much for black shirts. I only have one, which I happen to be wearing today because I needed to do laundry really bad so I decided to throw it away later (it has a big bleached spot on the back). Almost half my shirts are white, and if I'm wearing a darker colored shirt, I'm probably wearing khaki-color pants of some sort or light blue jeans. Grey shirts are cool though. They often go well with just about anything.

Black everything...most of the time, I prefer polos and buttoned shirts. Sometimes I wear jeans and sometimes dress pants, it depends. Grey is nice too, but I also like indigo.

I'd say metal t-shirts (predominantly black) make up about half of my wardrobe.
I have five or six black turtlenecks for colder weather.
And two black trench coats -- one cloth, one leather.

I wear black/ gray mostly/ some blue and red(only because my favorite sport teams are red). I have a pile of nike golf shirts, black blue and gray they are nice with minimal logos. Other than that... i dont pay much attention to what i wear.

Put it this way. I can't even begin to count how many times I've heard my wife say "please wear something other than all black today"

Yeah, this ran on the earlier forum & someone told us we should be thoroughly ashamed for our self-obsessive narcissism.
Virtually always: green-grey ex-German Army shirts; greenish BD trousers; green American Army jacket ( rather badly made despite it's price ); boots or trainers.
Other things in green or grey. With long hair it doesn't look smart nor attractive; but with short hair it would look worse: I was never handsome. But I like it and that's all that matters. ( & damn the idiots who judge people on clothes and appearance ).

( Actually, I do wear black tee-shirts as vests, does that count ? Never jeans though, far too declasse )

I am wearing a black tee shirt that says Salem Mass, and black jeans. I normally wear black shirts and what ever color of jeans that are clean. I love wearing the color black. One of my friends keeps telling me to wear bright colors like yellow and orange. Never! I like the way I dress, if I didn't I wouldn't dress this way. I dont feel as pretty in colors, for some strange reason.

T-shirt, khaki shorts. Every day. I can't stand jeans unless it's freezing outside.

I wear jeans and trousers that get all ratty at the end. Had to give up on the black though, I was forced out of it.

I try to wear jeans year-round unless it's smoldering outside. However, due to hyperactive sweat glands, I'm generally restricted to my rayon button-up June through September. After that, it's pretty much just t-shirts and flannel. Once or twice a week I'll get bored and dress myself up nice... with my chucks. Outside of work I only wear my Chucks. Worn them since birth, not stopping soon (unless the prices get really high. Darwin, it's just rubber and canvas).

Black, dark blue or red shirts. With black pants with white or red lines on the side.
Never really wore jeans but might try them on someday. I don't like buying new clothes.

I usually wear a black top, jeans, some sort of outer layer (I'm constantly cold, even in summer), and the aforementioned Chucks. Sometimes I'll mix it up and wear a black top and a skirt. Or a black bottom (pants or skirt) and a random shirt. I feel naked without my black. Today I'm looking sort of strange because of a black poodle skirt, a white top, and a gray sweater. Of course, I was the only one at school dressed like me, so it was worth it.

At school i had this long beige hooded jacket that i drew smileys and had almost the whole school sign it. I didn't ask them they asked if they could sign it i said why not. The teachers asked me to stop wearing it and i argued that there is no dress codes in this school and that there weren't any swear words written on my jacket. They went behind my back and got my mom to garbage it though. Twas my favorite jacket also.

Please excuse the dust, but I just thought of this. Since so many of us just wear t-shirts, predominantly black, who would wear a black t-shirt with "INTP" in white letters across the front? Or would that draw unnecessary attention?
My recent point of fixation lately has been screen printing and this thread suddenly popped into my head.

should have said "won't" wear them... even though I can't walk in them. which might be partly the reason why I won't :D
because if I could, they were real shoes and I love shoes...

Yes, but I like other colors too...
black with enigmatic logos, earth tones (from tans to olives), white (rarely, but a favorite), blue (rarely, but a favorite).
I don't remember the old post?????

Since most of my t-shirts aren't necessarily black (a fair number of them are black-base, but with designs of other color; the rest are mostly "Mountain" type tees which are mostly bluish or purplish but I have other colors), I can't say that a black T and jeans are my normal clothing. T-shirt and jeans, yes. I only wear something else if I have to, or to sleep in at night (since jeans can get uncomfortable when I'm trying to sleep due to the weight of my body pushing into the large seams near the pockets).
OOOoooh now this is funny. Do you want to write a book about it, with me?
so tell us... you gave them a try, too?

NO labels whatsoever! I hate 'em.
I'm usually a little on the dressy end of casual, with something to add flair. Right now, for example. a blue-black-white stripey sweater (solid sleeves). a long black duster sweater, bell-bottom khakis, and bright blue and yellow skechers sneakers. I'm cold-natured, if you hadn't noticed.
I'm a music person, so black in all permutations is nice. All my black shirts are a bit faded at the moment, though. Pity.

I don't understand this dressing style thing. I wear whatever I am in the mood of wearing. Yes, I usually wear a lot of black; but I also wear other colours, mostly earthy ones. The thing is, I don't go for the trend, I don't go for the INTP-ish description of clothes, I don't really follow any lines I think... I might dress sporty, or I might dress classy. Or maybe I'll be mistaken for a hardcore metaller cause I'll be dressed in black; I think the only things I could say are consistant about the way I dress, are (a) one-coloured clothes (I hate stripes or ticked clothes, or multi-painted ones, or tags... etc) and (b) non-provocative ones in a sexual way. I don't try to get attention, if nevertheless I get it, I ignore it.
