Keep isolated or follow the times?

In my country there are some tribes that still isolated, but the fact is they still can be alive until now. They are still exist until now, but they don't want to accept the modern cultures or different cultures from outside.

My question : is this phenomenon can be continued in globalization era? Can they keep their existence?

No, not really, but I see from Wikipedia that they come from western Java. I've never been to that area but I would like to go someday.

Indonesia along with Brazil seem like some of the places were you can still find the most well preserved tribal cultures.

Yes, actually Indonesia has many retarded tribes, such as Papua, etc and the baduy is the famous tribes that keeps their cultures from others. It probably because they are the one only that can keep exist when the surroundings have been developed while most of Papua still keep isolated. ;)
