Need a title? Hehe, how about "Portrait of an Introvert"

Thanks ^^ It's just an imagination portrait, really - I sat down and this kind of fell onto the page.
"Portrait of an Introvert" is a good title. She looks kind of introverted. And I covet her coat.

The look of innocence bestowed upon her flawless face reminds me of a slightly more matured Chihiro from Spirited Away.
I wonder if Witticism is still an active forum member......?
I'd like to see more drawings.
*edit* apparently (s)he is.

Thank you all for your comments.
I'm still here; never really left, but I'm more of a lurker than anything. I like reading the topics more than posting.
Also, I loved Spirited Away. I only wish I could have seen it in the cinema.

Heh, well, I am now. But thank you. I do try!
I hate looking over old stuff - it's so disheartening, especially when you see something you thought was great when you drew it, and then you look and think "What was I SMOKING?"

Lol, I know the feeling! It happens to me whenever I look through an old sketchbook, and I remember saying "Wow, this is definitely my best drawing yet! Man, I'm getting better!" and then I see how out of proportion it is, how terrible the face looks and the hair and the style.. just.. yick. I then shove it into a dark dark corner of my closet where I won't have to look at it for years and years, :)

It's complex. I see loneliness and cold (exposed). But at the same time, the eyes retain hope and not despair. The look is still one of searching, but not toward civilization. Rather, "somewhere else". The wardrobe indicates a certain disharmony, which implies a bit of identity confusion.
I admire anyone who can draw, especially with this much feeling.

Haha, that's exactly it. And then you come across it five years later... urgh. I don't think "Golly gosh, how I've improved!", I just grimace and put it back.

Why's that?
I really don't have an appreciation for going to a movie theatre for anything other than horror or action/thriller films.
I guess it also has to do with me liking the comforts of my home.

Well, it only came out in one cinema in the country, so you would most likely have had an appreciative audience. Plus, I think there is something about seeing the picture in the dark, six feet high - I just like the cinema experience, I guess, as long as there are no assholes in the audience.

Or those people who say "Who's that? When did HE come in? What's he doing that for? Is she his girlfriend? OH WAIT! I saw the end of this! *massive, making-Jesus-cry spoiler*"

Hah, yeah...
I like going to matinees when the prices are cheaper and the audience is smaller.
