Any takers?
Takers as in players or hosts? I'll play, depending on when it is, but I lack the wherewithal to host.

Either, although a host would be nice.

I'll play!!! Want casino cash!!!
I'm not organising the quiz again, I've did it a few times and that's enough!

Yep, I need some casino cash too.
I'd prefer if it was some Friday or weekend.

So, any volunteers?
EDIT:
I seem to remember that it's either Ferrus or CJ who won the last one.

Ferrus won the last one. He was unable to run one the next month and I agreed to do it, except I had a massive case of no inspiration... and most of the time I forgot about it. Sorry.

Nah, it's not a problem, I mentioned it to recruit either of you two as volunteers to host next game.

I'm interested in playing but I might be too busy depending on when it is held.

With access to the internet, it seems like INTPc trivia is a test of google-fu skills.

If it's on a weekend Australia time, then I'd be interested. Assuming I'm actually near a computer...

The trick is to make questions that aren't easily googled, eg picture based questions.

I'm in, but I also need to know how it works, or at least the approximate time and place everyone intends to begin considering starting the game. ;)

Some of the picture questions were quite evil. Images of sheet music and mathematical equations are also hard to google.

The host posts a list of questions (usually around 50 or so), and it's matter of answer the question correctly before others do. In the end, the host posts some hints for the unanswered questions, or call it a day, whatever.
You earn casino money in the process. Who wins gets to have a purple username for one month (which presently I have it since, dunno, 6 months or so :p) and gets to host the next game (usually one month later).

having created 2 quizzes, I tend to test my questions when I created them for google-fu-ness. Usually it requires a fair bit of induction and are not a straight-forward google solution. For the questions which are directly googleable, I make them as speed rounds, so whoever answers first gets it. I think the addition of the Internet/google makes things more interesting actually - speed and accuracy. Plus if we only answer from what we know, we won't learn anything new.
