C.O. Evans, principal author of these online books, was a mentor to John Fudjack - a main author in the tap3x link Hush gave.
A theme is the intimate relation between feeling (distinguishing moods and emotions) and attention/awareness. A mood and its subtleties, Evans discusses, is the sum of the subsidiary awareness of a person.

I read some of the book about the neurotic person compared to the fully integrated feeling person. Surely the reader now realizes they desire the higher state of mind described, creating anxiety and adding undifferentiated feeling masses, haha!
Any interesting material I missed notwithstanding, I think contentment psychologists sow their own seeds of destruction. Focusing on whether or not you're content is a pretty ineffective way to create contentment. These type of things encourages the reader to think about the self, rather than their potential, which is what really should be the aim at all times.

Intresting stuff... I think I might read some more into this. I just recently picked up a book of carl jung and his stuff is pretty amazing. I wish I could understand how he explores the mind which is probably a pretty crazy concept but one I hope to grasp or atleast increase my knowledge of.
