As the article reviews, all traditional arguments in favor of Ockham's Razor are essentially based on a mystical belief in the smoothness/elegance/parsimony of nature/God.

The article presents a novel viewpoint, based on something like coding.

sure, but the scientist wants to continually elevate the logical cardinality at which mysticism begins

hypnos, just because HE is an idiot, doesnt mean we need to care.. some of his ideas are good though

Occam's razor is just a heuristic. It doesn't apply universally.
