Hey all you INTPs, I myself am not an INTP. In fact I'm close to opposite, ENFP. I do have two or three friends who are INTPs, and i seem to get along with them just fine, so i figured I'd give you all a try.

Ah, welcome!
I get along very nicely with ENFPs as well. Actually I get along nicely with almost any Extraverted Perceiver.

Your avatar is a warforged wizard!
I'm pretty sure my wife is an ENFP. I don't mind having her around, so I guess you can stay.
But you're gonna have to find someone else to cuddle with. :D

You are the first ENFP I meet that I know of, and I am kind of curious...
Welcome to the House of the Crazy :)

Thanks for the sentiment dude but I'm a guy, I just sign lots of things Love Kirkey because it's unusual and it adds more feeling to it. Again thanks but no thanks.
No sweat, it's just something I remember reading and laughing about - Fs and cuddling. Where'd that link go?
Ah, here:
http://intp.pauljames.de/mbh.html
In a personal column:
F seeks warm, cosy homemaker, prefer SNP, EI or TFJ or something like that. Look just cuddle me please!
No offense meant, hence the smiley I put in. I didn't even notice you said "Love." But I'm a jackass. Ignore me.

Well then it should be Love, Kirkey. This shows love from you.
But Love Kirkey is telling us to love you
I am sure you are quite loveable though, being an ENFP :smooch:

It's a compulsion when dealing with the rest of the world. Around here it's an obligation. :)

You're going to be sorry you said that...
I had a teacher that once told me only people with low self esteem didn't capitalize the word "I" (and it's variants).

Spelling jumps out at me as much as grammar does. Spelling mistakes are "horible" on the eyes.

I noticed both typos right after clicking submit so don't worry I know my own mistakes too.

Nah, I doubt that's right. I have some very self-respecting and accomplished peers who seem to have healthy self-esteem, and they don't capitalize i just because it makes you stand out socially on IM systems. It's a more a measure of perfectionism or social habit, I think.

It doesn't really make you stand out. More people don't capitalize 'I' than do.

Never had the luck to find ENFPs of any sort...I think most of my friends are ISFJs...at any rate, we are crazy, don't let us corner you, lol.

I capitalize the word I all the time when writing it on paper. But i forget many times when on the computer. Probaly because it is easier just to ignore the shift button.
Oh and welcome Kirky.

I think int brought that up just to mess with Kirkey, Odyssey, lol.
That's another thing, you might make a statement just to get a rouse, but the responses will be a characteristic "naive seriousness" as if the statement was meant for serious discussion. ;)

Oh no! An INFP! 8O
Kidding... :D it's nice to see some non-INTPs on the board too, especially Idealists. I've always found you NF people fascinating, it must be the "similar but so different" thing.

Hi gang, I'm a newbie. I have an urgent question for anyone who can help: Is there a forum to discuss careers for INTP's available here? I'm almost done with my MBA program, 30 years old, and having a career crisis. Help!

Thanks for the link to the myers-briggs humor page, uh, whoever that was. Look, we got our own special write-up:
Easy-going, warm-hearted female seeks companionship. Any of the following types: ESFP, ESFJ, ENFP, ENFJ, INFP, INFJ, ISFJ, ISFP, ENTJ, ENTP, ESTJ, ESTP, ISTJ, ISTP or INTJ. Just no INTPs! I hate INTPs, they make me sick! I love the way Fs are so tactful.
