Hello there, i'm new....as this is posted in the introduction section I think you probably already guessed that though :D.
I'm Sam, I am an INTP and I have an Enneagram type of 5w6.
I'm a Scorpio, a fire rabbit, 6 foot 2, 10 stone 7, live in Suffolk in sunny England and am 16 years of age.
I love green tea, reading, knowing often pointless little bits of information and landscape photography.
I've always been seen as rather weird by those who don't know me....and just different and interesting to those who do :).
If anyone can think of anything else they would like to know about me then just ask here :-)
*edit* - I forgot to add that i'm also a vegetarian, however I do still eat fish at the moment....but i'm trying to cut that out - along with any foods which contain animal products, such as gelatine (in marshmellows and jelly) and rennet (in some cheeses).
I am also learning to speak Esperanto and how to juggle 4 balls (I can do 3, just not 4 yet :))

Hi Sam
Also in Suffolk, although it's not sunny just now; and I often wish I was elsewhere. But that's normal wherever one is.
:D

Wow, I have yet to find someone else online from Suffolk :o.
True, it's not sunny here :-(, but does the sun ever shine in the pit that is Ipswich.....noooo :p
knowing often pointless little bits of information
but isn't it fun?? and... hey... thinking of MacGyver... you just never know... one day it may save you life ;)
forgot to add that i'm also a vegetarian
me too... since the age of about 7 or 8... looking back I must have disturbed a lot of parents at birthday partys.... :D
my favorite sentence: " But you eat chicken, don't you!?!?" :laser:
Welcome![/quote]

No, what is better is when someone's parents question you about your vegetarianism, then forget about it when dinner time rolls 'round and they serve you a great big, heaping plate of pork.
Welcome, Sam.

wow, I would find it too hard to become a vegan. I would find it too restricting :-(.
*hiding himself partially behind his arms and says in a weak voice* I worked in a bucher's for nearly a year, and i've only been veggie for 4 months now.
I feel so lowly :(

I'm a vegetarian, but not by choice. I probably had some traumatic incident with meat when I was younger. I can eat hot dog/balogna meat because the taste is not the same as that which is sliced off a camel's ass and roasted on a portable electric stove.

So, did the butcher's turn you veggie or was it something completely unrelated?
I did the vegetarian thing for a few months. Now I'm just really picky about my meat. Still don't eat pork and rarely eat chicken.
Welcome. :)

*nods* The camel thing never happened. I can't remember what happened. It might be the key to discovering why I'm an INTP. My best guess is I choked on a meatball or something. Or, it could possibly be that ... [lights darken][/lights darken].

Well, the butcher's didn't really help. Especially in the last few weeks i was there. A crate load of geese came in and was thrown on the floor round the back. These were freshly killed geese, feathers and all.....lying there dead with their heads flopping out of the crate onto the floor.....eyelids closed and tongues slightly lolling out.
I would say that episode hit me rather. It's kind of when your mind finally makes the correlation between that sweet innocent little lamb in the field and the lamb chop now on the plate in front of you.
My girlfriend eventually pushed me though. I was reluctant to turn beforehand because I feared rejection by my meat eating parents and family :( . I was poked and prodded until I went, and gladly so.
Though quite how she manages to be a veggie....wanting to go vegan, with a nut allergy I don't know ¬_¬

Tee hee.
I could never be a vegetarian, because I hate nearly all vegetables. I'd end up living off noodles and Cheerios or something.

ah, okay. I wasn't going to ask but it's always nice to have useless information tramping around in my brain.
I think I will still call you mr. uxorious. so hopefully it won't bother you too terribly . . .
Do you mean it in the "submissive" sense, or the "loyal" sense?
Oh, and one of my favorite veggie recipes is tofu that's marinated in whiskey, then beer battered and deep fried. Go figure.

That.....is just wrong ¬_¬
Feel free to call me mr. uxorious though, it doesn't bother me and is to be honest, more interesting than my real name :p
