Alright, for those of you who are interested, I will be uploading some of my tracks (over time) to the internet (thanks to the generous donation of some webspace by Snowflake) and I will be sharing them here (in no particular order).

All mp3s (unless otherwise noted) will be encoded with LAME 3.96 --preset medium (VBR). That setting gives a good compromise between quality and space, it sounds fine to me.

Here is the first track, its a drum and bass track, kind of atmospheric, kind of experimental, listen to it to find out. I didn't ever finish it per se, this is just the point where I got bored of it.

Yes, the track is titled rather inconspiciously, to preserve my anonymity.
Credits out to 'darkhalo' for a few samples on this track.

Ever heard of "Total Drum and Bass Mix"? Great cd. You would probably like it a lot.

Actually, I can't say that I have. "Total Drum and Bass Mix" sounds rather ambiguous, but I'm guessing you are refering to:
http://www.cduniverse.com/search/xx/music/pid/5717892/a/Total+Drum+and+Bass+Mix.htm

Coincidentally, I have about half of those tracks on my computer. (with thousands of other drum and bass tracks)

Yep, that's the cd. :)

Alright, here is the second track that I am posting here. Ingeniously entitled 2.mp3.

Its a downtempo track, with a melancholy vibe, beats that made a lot of sense at 4:30AM. ;) Some interesting LFO effects on the synths.

Here it is.

BTW, both of these tracks were produced using Reason.

thanks for sharing. the beginning reminds me a little of LTJ Bukem. got most of his stuff. suggestions: tone down the wave a little (around 1min in), add some acid bleeps half way through, plus a recurring voice sample to dress it up (Bukem's "One and Only" is a great example). i definately liked the high-pitched "drop-in-the-bucket" sounds and then the silence (>2 min)! good stuff!

at the beginning of the track(1.mp3), I had a sense that maybe I would be(or would have liked) hearing a voice sample.

2.mp3 sort of sounds like something I've heard before (in some parts of it).

Hey, nice music. One of my songs has the exact same drum-loop you use in "1.mp3". I will see if I can upload it somewhere and post it here. Anyways, I like the ambient you have created with the pads and the SFXs. I would have also put a louder vinyl noise at the begining and maybe in the break as well. It might need a little polishing but great sound overall.

I really like the first one.

It reminded me a lot of Blue Tonic World.

Ok, the following tracks are drum & bass 'dancefloor tracks' so that is my excuse if you think they are too drawn out or boring. :P

This one was the last track that I did in Buzz tracker. Of course you wouldn't have known that if I didn't tell you. Heavyish bassline, some industrial (literally ;) ) fx.

http://randomosity4.us/architectonic/4.mp3
I was messing with Reason one day and got these interesting sounds (the bassline sounds), due to the way I wired up the fx - but I couldn't sequence them at all, so I ended up sampling them and re using them in the manner you hear in this track.

This was one of the first tracks that I did in Reason. Hooveresque but not necessarily your standard hooveresque track. I might do a more atmospheric remix of this minus the hoovers one day, starring the funky beats after 6:00 or so.

since I was listening to 1.mp3, 2.mp3 and noticed your name...I found this thread and downloaded 3.mp3, 4.mp3, 5.mp3.. and am subsequently reviving this thread.

Some criticism of your first track for ya.... Use the groove on your bass drop kick. It isn't fitting in with the rest of the percs. Once you know how to do it, it is easy, and makes all the difference.

Aside from that, it was enjoyable to listen to.

Except that the lack of an identifiable bassline left me feeling all cold and lonely.
