I haven’t been able to read or post much lately. I’ve been out of town. It was a strange trip as well. I witnessed (literally- as in…required by the State of Michigan) my Father get married for the third time. I now have two pairs of stepsiblings. My head is spinning…trying to process the whole trip. “Family and such..WTF”. I’ve missed posting, reading, and responding. I've only been able to peek for about two weeks now.
MBTI came up and most took the test. I can’t even type fast enough to share my thoughts about the results. Interestingly (but also might shed light on how close I am to any of my family members), I’m closest to my step sister from the 2nd. Marriage and she “tested” as an ISTJ, 6w5 Enneagram. I’m a 5w6. My Dad and new stepmother are both E’s such and such and fucking annoying. No surprises there. Anyway……..
I have some catching up to do.

Suppose you were in Australia ? What would be Michigan's next unreasonable demand ?

[ Or if you objected to the remarriage ? Lots of kids take it big-time. ]

I would not be able to reference or compare the "Laws" of either "State" any further.
objected? I was there to "witness" and I suppose that meant to be impartial as well.
I'm the oldest of all the "kids" being 35. The youngest being 6 and my stepmother is only 3 years older than I am.
Man, that shift must be pretty stressful. How do you and your family handle it? Or is it something that just happens?

The most stressful part was being at my father's summer home, complete with the "old family" pictures taken down and the "new family" pictures properly displayed and I had no place to myself....SPACE, for 8 days. I live alone, so lets just say that was an adjustment. We all stayed in the same house. Well, there were two homes I guess because my dad married his next door neighbor's daughter... I know, it just gets stranger from there.
Handle it? SOMETHING happens, though I'm not exactly sure what at the moment.
I deal with it by categorizing it as surreal. B)
