I thought I had plans with a girl but it turns when I spoke with her she was too tired and didn't remember! since I thought she and I would be doing something.. I was going to bring her to my place of work which is a guy's house.. normally it's pretty trashy so I spent 4 hours cleaning so it would like decent for her. wasted energy and time... and big ol' disappointment. She said she would call later when she would be able available but she made it sound like it would be for 20mins. bah. haadfg

When a guy makes plans with a girl, and he doesn't even bother to call to cancel when he can't/doesn't follow through, that's just being an inconsiderate jerk. There is a big difference between this and being too available. I would not even consider being with someone who always made plans with me and didn't follow through.

Being a spineless, needy guy who has no life, and is always available to spend all of his free time with a girl to obtain a life and be happy = bad.

Making plans with a girl, following through with those plans without playing lame games = good.
