Personally, I can't stand ESTJ's. I dislike all of the Guardians, but I've been at odds with every person I've percieved to be an ESTJ. They're typically bossy and mean-spirited people, from my experiences.
And, uh, so this isn't an entirely negative poll, you can mention your favorite (non-INTP) type...I love ENFP's.

I don't really know that many people's type. But SJ's are hard to get along with. (My wife is a SJ!)

I appreciate the strengths of all the MB types.
Edit: oops, that's not the question. I guess I don't really know. :sombrero:

I have just recently been introduced to an ESTJ. "They" are always picking my brain. Because I have no real obligation to this person, "they" seem like fun people to provide false information to.
I have no least favorite, or maybe I've somehow managed to be impersonal enough to be impartial.

Generally ESTJ's as they can be so overbearing. But is really only a significant issue if they are in a control position relative to you (i.e. parent or boss) because then they think it is actually their obligation to direct you and insure you do things the "right" way (which is their way of course).
SJ's as friends aren't so bad, as they are usually capable of understanding it is not their role to be playing leader in that relationship and don't push to hard.

ISTPs....from personal experience. ISFJs I always get along with, any others, I dunno, cause I don't know their type.
I like INFJs a lot...they're just...interesting.

Yeah -- my father is ESTJ, and we've done a lot of growing up together. ;)
I'm okay with all types, but I would need to spend the least time with an ESFJ to retain my sanity, or at least be armed with a tranquilizer gun.

:D I'll take the opposite stance and say that most types will annoy me eventually.
ESTJs are by far my least favorite type. In fact, most of the people I dislike are ESTJs.
But, ENTJs are one of my favorites, along with INFXs and INTJs. The only SJ type I really enjoy is the ISTJ. Although it takes getting to know them first, if I went by my first impression, I would dislike all of them :)

ESFP's and ESFJ's. Maybe even ENFP's at times.

Also, I can find reasons to dislike any MB type

I am an equal opportunity hater. I hate them all the same. That may or may not include INTP's.

That sounds like what I am doing to this girl at school. I have no idea what type she is, but I rather enjoy trying to creep her out with false information about one of my friends who she has a massive crush on (he can't stand her and encourages my behavior). It's really horrible of me, but it keeps me from killing her in chemistry when she messes up my labs.
Back on topic: I don't really think I have a favorite type, or a least favorite.

Dammit...you people. I was trying to be....., but truth be known. I'd have to side with you guys. Anyone with a strong E fuction* annoys the shit out of me. Anyone with a strong S fuction* annoys the shit out of me. Anyone with a strong F fuction* annoys the shit out of me (if it's a strong T function; well then you have a conversation). And anyone with a strong J fuctNTion...well I can deal with that. :D
That just about covers it, huh?

I seem to have a problem with ISFPs, and with many NFs. Particularly INFJs and ENFPs.

Ahhh, extroverts. Can't live with them, can't shoot them (or muzzle them at least).

I have a friend who I practically grew up with that I believe to be an ESTJ (but don't know for sure)... he definitely fits the stereotype, but he's actually really fun to be around. My relative S-ness (for an INTP) and what I believe to be his relative N-ness (for an ESTJ) is where we find middle ground, and after hanging with him for a weekend at the ocean at his parents' vacation house, I'd say he's one of the ideal people I can "chill" with when I want to let loose in such a way that I come home feeling like I actually went on vacation. It's the wretched lack of emotion plus the willingness to go out and do shit (the S-ness) that did it.
I'd peg his girlfriend an ISFP, and I'd say he's a tad bit of a dick to her. But she was very pleasant on the eyes and made the trip fun too.
One guy I know who's possibly an ENTJ... drives me nuts. Dude thinks his perception of reality is the be-all end-all of everything, and clashes strongly with my introverted tendencies since he tries to impress and push his perceptions onto me like they're gospel. I'd say I hate ENTJ the most.
I recently had an experience with getting to know an ENFJ, and her reactions to one of my posts in another weblog were downright violent. She ended up following up with an apology along with a discussion that sparked a huge flame-war. Needless to say, I was turned off by the whole thing. The violent Fe (ENFJ's primary function is Fe, after all) within her is just too much for me.

As an expert on such matters, I would recommend that everyone follow this simple exercise:
1. Each Morning, stand in front of a mirror and pretend that you are stupid.
2. Tell your image: Shut up. I do not like you. Go away.
3. Repeat this phrase until it hurts your own feelings. By then you should be good
enough at it to drive away anyone who is of your least favorite, most annoying
type.
