I admit it. I've been a Law and Order junkie for a number of years, even before Jerry Orbach and Sam Waterston became staples. To track the progression of a crime from the police's intervention to the jury's verdict is absolutely fascinating to me. A systems thing, I suppose, that sustains itself on crime.
Anyone else enjoy killing time with this show?

Yes. It is an awesome show. I love how that one channel (TNT? Channel 31, here, I think it's TNT) is showing it from like 7:00 to midnight sometimes.

I love Law and Order. Mostly the original, though.

dun dun dun dun dunnnnn...
It's a good show, though I wish it didn't seem like it was on 24 hours a day sometimes. I mean, I saw something on like, the food etwork in austrailia, and on the TV in the background was Law + Order, NEXT!

It's very NT (investigation, prosecution), with a chewy S (NYC) and F (justice?) center.
I dig it when I've watched it.

I like Law and Order. It is ok. I watch it whenever my brother or my dad is watching it.

The original is good but L&O:Criminal Intent is much better. Det. Goren is INTP through and through.

Justice could be either T or F, F would be Justice with Mercy, while T would be straight Justice. I agree with your other comment, though. L&O is good, but CSI is better.

CSI is one-dimensional, and bored me after the first season.
I like Law and Order CI the best -- the most unabashed exploration of human frailty.
I would rather drive a spike into my skull than watch any law/cop/doctor drama. Documentaries on serial killers, live operations, and CSPAN are interesting, but network dramas are painful to watch, in my opinion. I prefer Black's Law Dictionary to John Grisham. To each his own...

I watch a lot of Law & Order. I do pass it up however for A&E's Cold Case Files, American Justice etc...
