At http://intp.meetup.com/
It just occurred to me that many INTP's might not know about this site so I thought I'd post it.
Nothing more to say at the moment.

Wow, cool :). A little unsettling to think of actually meeting strangers face to face simply on the basis of being INTP.. but very cool :D.

ahhh shit, wtf this costs MONEY .. or at least for part of it ..
anyway..
I became the organizer of the local intp group.. since there wasn't one.. and sent out the following message..
hi.
apparently there is no organizer. so I guess I'm the organizer now.
anyway, about me...
I am one of the faces behind http://www.intpcentral.com/ which is an active intp forum.
I am a 20 year old web-programmer for a business startup.
have there been any intp meets or are you all too introverted ?? I would be curious to meet.. I would recommend checking out the board I have running.
you can email me if you're interested in meeting.
on the forum I mentioned above, my username is "file cabinet"
-clayton
I am encouraging all of you to advertise intpcentral.com ;)

There's a group 2 people strong in my city.
Hmmm...maybe I should make it 3.
I've been on the Denver list for a while (I didn't pay anything either). There was a meeting in Denver last week, but I didn't go.

I think you have to pay for a certain feature of the site like being able to post your picture and other stuff ....
there is a minneapolis group 5 people (now that I've joined).

I'm not actually sure I want to join....there's like, people here who could know me...lol. That is scary, but it's still interesting :]
And it seems most of the Denver people are older...I have like...no job and no career...so...not for now, lol.

well, if you divide a radius of some distance composed of 100 specific intervals of population, then you chose one of them and there will be an intp there

 That is great. I would go, if for no other reason than to laugh at the unicyclers. Hmm...There is no INTP group in my state. Oh well...

I don't think the midwest USA breeds many INTPs... oh well.
Also, it seems that we like the idea of meeting up with others but... well at least I can say on my part, I'd be too lazy to meet them unless the others would be willing to meet me at a halfway point.

I am orginally from the MidWest - Kansas City.
I don't know about the NTP, but I think there are more introverts in the MidWest.

Haha, yea I think it's more that INTPs don't really show themselves off (at least as a clear INTP anyway) in public. I was just a bit sour at coming to Nebraska :(.

A nice update here:
The Oklahoma City, OK INTP meet-up group began about three weeks ago and within the first two weeks a member joined. Our section is here: http://intp.meetup.com/73/ We will have our first meeting on Friday, Dec 10, 2004 at 7:00 PM. Since the group is still small, we have not chosen a permanent location for the meeting since we can still take advantage of our size, so flexibility in the schedule and event location(s) is a definite.
In addition, as the purpose of this post, if anyone is in the OKC area or its surrounding neighbors feel free to take the time to sign up for our wonderful group or at least take a moment to look into the exciting opportunities to meet other like-minded INTPs for a enjoyable time. Thank-you.

Hey - another Kiwi! I'm from Auckland, and one of my husbands good friends is also an INTP!

Is the one in London not a bit closer? Or at least easier to get to.
I've heard that savannah is really cool, I've not yet been there (I live in south FLA)

Curious, has anyone in the Orange County area signed up for the Santa Monica get together? I'm thinking about it (and also dragging a friend along), but still not sure..
