Are you a pyromaniac?
Do you love fire...do you like to burn things?....
This is prompted because I nearly set my hand on fire accidently while burning a used toilet roll. I have a big problem :-(
Come New Years or the 4th of July, I apparently scare people. When we're camping I get jealous if someone else tends to the fire. I've almost burnt 2 houses down. Accidentally.
I'm good with a grill though.

As in, no more paper on it.
I'm a Boy Scout. Being a pyro is almost a prerequisite. There should be a fraternity... the πρ's... yeah.

Did you ever get to make one of those classic "toilet paper on a stick" torches? They're fun. Or was that why you were burning the empty roll?

I am related to General Sheridan of the Union army during the civil war. He was a big pyromaniac. He burnt down the Shenendoah Valley in Virginia. My dad also set a field on fire when he was little.

never got to make one. This time I just kinda burnt the roll by holding it with the end of my fingers and suspending it over a candle.
Hence why I nearly set fire to my arm.
(as opposed to the person in science lessons with the can of deoderant, a kitchen gas ring lighter and his arm....)

We had a fun one back at my high school...
This bunch of morons in chem 2 were heating a ball bearing in a bunsen burner flame, holding it with tongs... and they dropped it because the tongs were getting too hot... so the bearing rolls up the aisle, and the teacher (a coach) stops it with his foot... and starts bending over to pick it up, and they all yell "DON'T TOUCH IT!!!" and being the genius that he is, he picks it up. They all got detention, and he got a nice bandage.
don't like to burn things...but I could spend hours staring into the flames...or embers...

We made a huge fire in the closet at my school. Sadly a smoke detector was right above us, and we didn't realize it. It was out of batteries and didn't go off. Thank God for poorly funded schools.

I love fire :D. It takes all of my will not to play with it every chance I get (the most I'll allow myself to do is play with candles, lighting them, blowing them out, lighting them, swishing around the melted wax, etc). Fire fascinates me for some reason, not sure why

Just like me. Water fascinates me too....the sort of running steam water...or tiny waterfall water. It just mesmerises me. As does fire....

Again, same here. And again, I can't really explain why.. beauty, maybe. Not sure.. it just does

Holy Crap!
(sorry, couldn't resist.)
Lint (dryer, not bellybutton) burns really well. I remember getting in trouble as a kid for lighting it on the back step... they were afraid I'd set the yard on fire.

I like burning things. One of my favorite tricks is to spray my hand with deodrant and light it. Burns off in about three seconds, without burns. Awesome.

I routinely pour alcohol or acetone into my ashtray and light it on fire, and stare at it.
As a child, I once almost set an entire forest on fire with napalm behind a baptist church. The guy working there must have seen us go back in the woods, and he spotted us just as we lit the stuff. He tried to stomp it out with his shoes (good luck HAHA), and we just rode away on our bikes.
