I don't mean to be an ass but there are way better sites than 2advanced.com .. I do not consider it impressive in any respect. In fact it remnids me a lot of the shitty templates located here: http://www.monstertemplates.com
I am extremely picky, especially if it is an ugly Flash site. Flash is similar to JavaScript... you don't overuse it and you don't underuse it.

I used to like flash for the novelty but now I just want it to go away. Save the moving crap for games. I don't like having to wait for 5 minutes while some shit flys around the screen before I can do anything.

Some of their sites are better than the others, I agree (yes, this means I agree partially), I much like the 3D design better than those templates (I checked out the link).
I know that about websites....as well, functionality, ability to navigate, etc. Only problem is, some people pay you muchly for something "fancy", hmmm, anyway, I just like the free wallpapers, and yes, I want to eventually be able to do that stuff. I am picky too, but then again, I am me, and you are you :D
