I think so, but it's still hard to believe.

He's great. You don't know what he'll say next.
You know, living about 25 miles from the epicenter of this activity, I'm somewhat surprised that Intelligent Design was defeated at all.
Dover is smack dab between where I'm sitting (there was a nice little klan rally on the courthouse steps a couple years ago, and there's a neo-nazi tatoo parlor downtown) and York PA, which is largely considered to have the highest concentration of hate groups in the northeast.
Logic doesn't exactly reign around here. I wouldn't be surprised if there aren't a couple people in the area who might actually take ol' Pat seriously.

He probably does more harm to the perception of Christianity than a million hate-filled church-kids-turned-athiest could ever manage.

he sounds like a little kid, the kind that tells everyone not to lie or the sky will fall over their heads or something. Actually, he sounds retarded

That would be sad if it weren't so funny. Glad I don't live in PA or I would probably be hung high because of my nationality or some thing like that.
Do you think he'd come to the same conclusion if disaster struck whatever locale his television studio is in? "Oops, guess I offended the Almighty by being such a damn tool, so I brought this on myself. Sorry God!"
