I think a lot of us here spend many hours a day in front of
computer and not enough physical exercise (cmiiw).
Lately I've been feeling pain in my back and my right hand
and I think this is because I often sit too long in front of computer.
Do you guys use any special ergonomic chair, mouse, or keyboard?

Lately I've been feeling pain in my back and my right hand
These can have many causes.
Do you guys use any special ergonomic chair, mouse, or keyboard? I'm half-lounging on my bed with the computer on a table beside: I don't like chairs that much; but in work-places they should provide decent chairs. I prefer those curvy MS mice. The split type of keyboards look an absolute mess, but some people love them.

I'm a lounger too. I have a laser mouse so I can use it anywhere I'm comfortable.

I'm sitting in my garage next to a tile cutter with a sand bag preventing my stool from rolling off into the grill of my truck.

Do you guys use any special ergonomic chair, mouse, or keyboard? first, dont sit so long -- take coffee breaks, take potty breaks, just get up and walk around.
Two, and this is highly subjective, but I absolutely love my dvorak (http://www.dvortyboards.com/) layout and my trackball (http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/products/details/US/EN,CRID=2150,CONTENTID=5002).
CW: very nice. I have my computer indoor, but the computer tower is the monitor stand.
No table...we call that a lap. shrug

my trackball (http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/products/details/US/EN,CRID=2150,CONTENTID=5002).
I hate those things.
