Hi! I have just joined, but have beem reading the posts for a few days. I am an IN*tp, realtively new to type theory and currently find it (and all sorts of variations/alternative type theories) fascinating. INTPs seem to really be into this stuff, no? Them, and NFs. Yes, and I am a phD student in Biomed Sci in New Zealand. Looking forward to some intersting conversations.

The uppity spelling committee is going to have a field day with you. :)

But, welcome!

What does IN*tp mean?

Hi hi *waves*.

Fc usually does the question thing, and it seems Jez is doing it in his absence, so I won't get into that ^_^.

//What does IN*tp mean?
That's notation I picked up from an INTP mailing list. Moderately strong I, very strong N, weak t and p.
P.S. I am a good speller (honest!), but need more typing practice :) I have to figure out how the avatar thingies work and how to quote bits of various messages (I can see the "quote the last message" option).

I was thinking the same thing. Specifically, what nefarious fates befell omega's 01 - 03? You don't have to explain omega00, prototypes often perish in the lab.
