We need to set up a congregation time in the chatroom, else we will never use it fully.


Once we decide on a time, we could use this to keep everyone updated.

I agree but after having 'reviewed' the database structure of phpBB, I'll probably create a 'mod' that doesn't go through phpbb's sloppy ass code. I would probably make it accessible via the site frontend.
Much like I am reading the database here: http://www.intpcentral.com/ .. I will make a countdown timer which will be configurable by Ngene in the admin tool I've created her. ideally, the first place you would be looking in the future is http://www.intpcentral.com/ first so you can see any site 'news' or something... but of course, it's not ultimately my decision so whatever the community says is what stays, or goes(usually).
