Russian President Putin is taking a lead role in putting together the most powerful coalition of regional and superpowers in the world. The coalition consists of India, China, Russia and Brazil. This will challenge the superpower supremacy of America as well as the European Union.

Hmmm. Elsewhere the site has news about UFO's using black holes to travel between universes. They certainly seem to have access to items not available elsewhere.

Yes, very informed are they, as well the online community "Above Top Secret"...
Am I being sincere, or am I stressing sarcasm. I'll let you decide...

Not one of those nations counts as a "superpower". In addition, I agree with Kuranes, something of this magnitude would have made mainstream media for sure.
leaving France, Germany and the EU asideUmm... France and Germany are definitely big players in the EU and were back in 2002, when this agreement was supposedly signed.

I want to move to a third world country that is out of the way from all the violence and wars. I want to move to a place where war is but something in a story book. I pray that I move before the distruction of this Superpower known as America.

If I move anywhere, it will be to Australia. And yes, I will be sure to look up Shai Gar.

I too would move to Australia. Low risk of being involved with nuclear fallout then.

Africa is seems to fit into the war scene with the constant mini battle they have there. I don't want anything to do with it.

There are constant wars in central Africa, southern Africa is peaceful
and geologically stable, no earthquakes or volcanos.
I saw an article on news that South Africa is experiencing record economic
growth.

Just another reason to get away. Africa may seem to be spiking in econimic growth but I'm willing to think they are taking a path of industry before they move over to a good economy without pollution. I find all places that have developed seem to go through a high pollution era where they build numerous factories to creat jobs and other things. A shame really....
I know in the future the factories will come down and they will be doing things along the line of technology, and commecial influence. Perhaps my Father, or even me will intervene to make some money off the economy, and push it to a high tech city. I always wanted to play the part on how a city was developed....
Russia and China in a formal alliance??
NO WAY EVER!
lol!
More likely that Russia eventually joins NATO and world war III precipicates from a Sino-Russian problem. Regional competition, Russia has the oil/gas that China will need! Conveniently just north of them in siberia!

Um, China and Russia have had some joint military exercises since last year.
http://www.worldpress.org/Asia/2138.cfm
Russia and China conducted their first joint military exercises, dubbed “Peace Mission 2005,” last week. Many observers contend that the maneuvers were meant to send a clear message to the United States, Japan, and the rest of the world that the jury is still out over power in Taiwan and Central Asia.
Oh yeah, BRIC on wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BRIC).
These four countries are not a political alliance (such as the European Union) or any formal trading association, like ASEAN. Nevertheless, these countries signed a trade and cooperation agreement in 2002.

They will fail, lest they partner with Britain. I would at most allow that there is no more estimable a land in which to retire than La Rodina.
