Hello. I have a hard time finding a picture small enough to use as my avatar. I was wondering where you guys found your avatars.

There are a lot of sites that have avatars already pre-made for you too, just go to google and type it in ^^

yeah id be willing to crop and resize any picture you would like as an avatar :D

I drew mine, then scanned it and resized it so it would be the right size.

I've got a freeware program called XnView that I've used to crop/resize all my avatars. Plus it's nice cause it lets you open pretty much any image format and edit most of them.

thankyou. I just have a hard time uploading pics on the web. Every time I try to the uploader won't let me. It says that the the the image I am trying to is an image.

I fixed that problem yesterday... It was changed to something similar to "the file you are trying to upload is not an image, you may only upload JPG/GIF"..

I took a small chunk out of a digital photo of mine using Paint. Very simple.

I ganked mine from another forum. I spent a fair amount of gold on there to get it looking like that, too... then I copied it into Paint and cropped.

i have CorelDraw Suite 12 http://www.corel.com , which lets me do pretty much anything i want

i also have a Wacom tablet [stopped using the mouse so long ago...]

I am having a hard time uploading my avatar.
It is the right size and the right format(jpg).

in avatar control panel.
I select 'upload avatar from your machine'. browse.
I select the image file.
I press the submit button.
Nothing.

If I click image uploader I see my image has been uploaded to intpcentral.

If I select 'Select avatar from gallery'
I get a screen with select avatar and an empty drop down list.

that is because there is no gallery.
