Yeah, it's a question.

Are people actually getting iPods?? I did it just because it seems to be working for some people I know.
But I need to get 5 peeps to sign up for the thing (if you want to here's my referring link: http://www.freeiPods.com/default.aspx?referer=10727068), but my question is, has anyone else gotten it?? Or is this another scam?

Once they have joined, they must also complete one online offer from their account. Once you have the appropriate number of referrals who completed an offer, and once you yourself have completed an offer, you will then be eligible to receive your free product.

We have many sites that use this model, and these websites vary in the number of people you will need to refer who complete an offer. For instance, FreeiPods.com requires 5 referrals while FreeFlatScreens.com requires 8 referrals. This is due to the cost of the free item.

It's an interesting marketing scheme, kinda pyramid-ish.

So you have to sign up, buy an offer. Then five of your friends have to sign up and buy offers too...

Most of those offers are recurring revenue models. I work with Marketing, trust me, this may seem lucrative for us, but it is actually cheaper than most other marketing medias.

It is not a scam, unless you consider pyramid schemes a scam.
