    Default Star Wars types

Hey, has anyone ever typed Star Wars characters. I often think of Palpatine as an INTJ, due to his extremely long range planning, but thinking about his actual personality, he doesn't seem like that, as he is usually slick with his apparent emotions.

    Thoughts on other characters?

While I don't agree with all the assessments, this has been posted a number of times and might be an interesting place to start.

    Ahh, Thanks!

Well, my thoughts on Yoda and Palpatine match up, but yeah, I really don't agree with a lot of that other stuff. Lando Calrissian an ENTJ? whatever! He's obviously an ESTP or ENTP. I can see Shmi as INTJ, but not Leia (who is too bossy, mebbe ENTJ?) and Amidala, who is probably an ENFP. I could maybe see both Luke and Anakin as INFP.

And who the heck is Jocasta Nu?!

Darth Traya from the game Knights of the Old Republic 2 is INTP I believe.

(they didn't give her voice actor that same start and stop vocal pattern that a lot of us seem to have though)

what makes Leia an N? She's bossy because she's royalty (and a woman). I would have labeled her something like an istj. I mean, sure, she's said to have strong force powers, which in star wars almost necessitates N'ness but i don't know if that's a good enough justification for me.

    edit: maybe isxj

I think apart from Count Dooku, all other Sith would be F rather than T - Anakin and Darth Maul clearly seem to be. The Sith draw their power from their strong emotions; while as Palpatine he appears to be a T, in Episode III as Darth Sidious his F can be seen clearly.

There's a difference between having/using emotions and letting them rule you.
