If this has already been done, then this thread can be deleted.
Other than that, this thread is to voice rants&raves about the forum.
My main rant as of current is that it seems to do more harm (a reason for procrastinating, learning things I wish I didn't, and the like) than good... but I can't get myself totally away from it. I piss myself off like that.
But getting back to the theme, I think that it has gone past "a point of improbable return", where no longer am I amazed that there are others like me, but rather keep up with what others are doing.
However, as some have said, there seems to be "a lack of interesting threads." I figured that it wasn't so much a lack of interesting threads so much as it was a lack of truly new ones. Themes are repeated as time goes by and more members join, repeating revelations and connections. It is more an intrinsic "fault" of joining a growing forum and nothing to get too worked up about.
Despite all that, it is still all very annoying that I have lost the majority of the amazement I once had when I first joined. I find myself being little more than reflections of others' opinions, since this is often the case in vice-versa; unless the issue is highly controversial, I am willing to bet that the silent (or reassuring-posters) majority of us think "I feel the same way" or "I know what he/she's thinking, but I wonder if he/she sees it my way?" It's seems as though people know what the opponent is trying to say but would rather emphasize the significance of their own, "unique" perspective.
I'm probably not the only one who feels/thinks this way, nor the first to post this. I'll still be a participating member, but just wanted to voice my rant about the forum.

) and I will most likely go back to visit sometimes. Just take a break and then see how it goes. Perhaps a comprehensive list of all threads ever made should be created so that newbies don't re-create the same idea? Something productive could always be done about that.
