You should probably swap intuitive with dumbass and not use intuitive in this test at all. More appropriate. And they should maybe consider who they let enter their university, especially harward and toledo, if what you say is true. .57??

Some of the greatest mathematical minds were those that performed poorly on the exit exams. It's possible that some methods of thinking perform poorly when presented a question, but figuring out one that is conceived without a proposed question by someone else, may be different somehow. It might have something to do with the over-riding hierarchy demanded from intuition, whereas having a more dominant left hemisphere (as in, perhaps a weaker right hemisphere) may be less impulsive about the question in particular. Certainly ivy league students/grads aren't immune to doing stupid things, and is one reason they may sometimes be more humbled than those that are more "left-brain" dominant.

And a book, 'Mind's Eye' is an interesting read.

I'll take a look, and I'm somewhat familiar with maxwell and faraday, we learned about them in engineering school..obs..ok, I might have been bit harsh there. For me also the 'intuitive/dumbass' answer looks tempting, but in tasks such as these you must look further(and isnt that what intuition is about?)...Like how can 10 cents + 1.10(1 dollar more, the key is always the wording of the question) add up to 1.10. Big alarm bells should trigger immediately. And I'm also a right brainer according to tests, very much so. These things are really only about not reaching a conclusion before you have looked at it from multiple sides. I normally start with the answer and go back from there if possible, then you easier avoid the usual trap. Its the same way I read treads, usually start at the end, easier 'see through'. I am also slightly dyslectic, so not really an excuse. My math teachers have normally disregarded read/write errors. I also read the math questions at least 3 times slowly before starting to solve it, to make sure. In a 4 hour exam i very seldom did anything the first two hours except looking at the questions. Saying 10 cents, isnt a read/write error...that is linear thought, jumping to conclusions. The same with the lilies. you go backwards. Double size..one step fourth and you are at half. Same with the first

Shoe comments without a doubt are an S giveaway.
I think those are extreme generalizations. Everyone knows not to wear white socks with black pants (J). Everyone knows not to wear white shoes after labor day.

Everyone likes a nice, clean car, house, clothes, etc.. Men tend to clean less than women. Can't someone be trained/taught to clean his car?

Sometimes I think the best way may simply be level of intelligence and education. If they go to a Tier 1 or 2 college, they're likely an N; lower-tier or no college, as long as it wasn't because of emotional problems or disdain for education, probably an S...

(is sure his post will be controversial)

Considering how many NPs do poorly and SJs very well in highschool, and considering that you require good grades to be admitted...

As a sweeping generalisation from someone relatively new to typing:

If they're interesting conversationalists, they are an N. Otherwise, they could be either.
