hi im from iceland i just wrote ''iceland is fucked'' on google and found this forum.

well personally i havent felt anything big, since im only 17, clicking on 18 and my family isint much in debt. but everybody here is on the sharp end.

i just wanted to see if anybody had any questions i can answer

and dont worry preparations for the invasion on the north pole is well under way.

I was quite saddened to hear the news about Iceland. It seems to be a quite decent, modern, peaceful society that appears to be in for some hard times - kind of a foretaste of what may be coming to the rest of us.

I saw on the news this morning, Russia is loaning Iceland 5.4 billion. Can that be correct? Thats around $17,000 per person. If we (US) got that per person it'd be around 5 trillion.
