Default Music w/ Piano Accompaniment

I've always liked the piano, whether it is playing it or hearing it (second to the guitar). It's sounds so clean and elegant. Yet unlike mozart where the piano is the lead, I like diverse, layered music, and the piano adds a nice touch to some songs.

Anyways, it is also fitting there are quite a few songs that I like that are accompanied with piano, like Puff Daddy - Do You Know or Dream Theater - Love Lies Bleeding.

Anyone have recommendations?

I love piano layers too, often even moreso when accompanied by a violin!

Do ocremixes count? I've posted a few of these before, but since they're somewhat appropriate for the thread:

MakotoJungleJazz

One Girl in All the World

All the World in One Girl

There are more ocremixes, but these are the exemplars in my folder.

Karma Police--Radiohead

Also, you should download some Sigur Ros. They are mellow as hell, and their sound is quite haunting. Staralfur and Agaetis Byrjun (they're icelandic) are my favorites.

Sigur Ros make really interesting music. Godspeed You! Black Emperor also have some songs that involve the piano.
